Before partnering with Remotish, Summit Hosting faced a serious case of siloed data. With data scattered across various systems, the team had difficulty analyzing data without referencing multiple spreadsheets and applications.

Furthermore, Summit’s sales process varied from team member to team member, resulting in poor visibility for leadership and an inconsistent buying experience. It was clear that Summit needed to consolidate their tech stack and set up HubSpot as a source of truth.

To achieve this, Remotish led the team through the migration of six different applications into HubSpot. Key components of the project included: the creation of a current and future state tech stack map to identify data flow and relationships; discussion of business practices and how they related to field-level data; and data management before and after the migrations themselves.

Another key initiative during our engagement was the creation of a standardized, inspectable sales process in HubSpot. We led the team through several Sales Onboarding Training sessions and added sales enablement tools to set them up for success. Since the first iteration, we’ve supported the process through automation and data requirements where possible to ensure all teams are getting the data they need.

With all of these operational aspects in place and Summit’s data now all in HubSpot, we were able to tackle several other needs such as: creating an ICP definition through data analysis, adding upsell-oriented lead scoring; and automating ongoing data cleansing actions. Furthermore, we set up relevant reports and dashboards for the marketing and sales teams.

Summit Hosting is finally able to visualize and report on all of their data in one place, meaning they have the insights needed to make key business decisions.
