SEMI is the global industry association representing the electronics manufacturing supply chain, connecting over 2,000 member companies and 1.3 million professionals worldwide.
SEMI came to us with a healthy database of half a million contacts that we sorted through. They needed a lot of database and property cleanup.

We cleaned up 500,000+ contacts, removed 100,000+, and deleted over 200 obsolete properties.
Then, we were entrusted with the task of uploading tens of thousands of new contacts through spreadsheets. Following that, we developed a data upload process in order to help them maintain their newly-squeaky-clean CRM.
To further ensure optimize their database, we created a large permission pass campaign and identified anyone in the database whose country was unknown. We ran these contacts through a workflow that helped SEMI comply with GDPR.
