5th Kind came to Remotish to onboard HubSpot with a focus on building a strong, thorough foundation for long-term success on the platform as well as for 5th Kind’s Marketing and Sales teams.
Outside of typical Marketing Hub and CRM onboarding considerations, 5th Kind desired deeper dedication to areas such as lead scoring, persona definition and creation, lifecycle stage definition and creation, and the mapping of their Salesforce integration.
Remotish delivered on all of 5th Kind’s needs and more in just 8 weeks.
With the dedication of 5th Kind’s team, we were collectively able to shift many of 5th Kind’s typical onboarding training sessions into hybrid training/working sessions due to their rapid comprehension of HubSpot concepts and ability to execute on them within HubSpot.
Lead flows across their tech stack were defined and visualized. Rich personas were explored, characterized, and built. Customer journeys were detailed and then used to create lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and deal stages. Salesforce was integrated with mapped properties and initial sync errors were reviewed and mitigated together live. Their externally-hosted website was upgraded with embedded HubSpot forms, CTAs, and tracking code. For many of these applications, supporting infrastructure such as custom properties were strategized and made a reality to enable 5th Kind to hit the ground running.
While some companies leave onboarding able to jog comfortably in their new figurative orange HubSpot shoes, 5th Kind was able to sprint towards their goals right out of the gate with a more-mature-than-average HubSpot platform and documented processes post-onboarding.
