What You'll Do

  • QuickBooks Management
    • Matching transactions
    • Splitting journal entries
    • Creating and organizing COAs
    • Moving transactions into new COAs
    • Maintaining products
    • Reconciliation
    • Cleaning and organizing as we evolve how we want to see things
  • Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
    • Invoicing clients (and setting up recurring invoicing)
    • Contacting clients about late payments
    • Troubleshooting payment issues
    • Paying vendors
    • Sending and receiving forms like W9, ACH...
  • Systems Management
    • Monitoring and maintaining all integrations into QuickBooks (Gusto, Fathom, Hubspot, Brex...)
    • Managing current and upcoming invoicing and payment features in HubSpot
  • Reporting
    • Organizing QuickBooks for cleaner reporting
    • Manual entry into spreadsheets
    • Visualizing new reports in Fathom or similar tool
  • Project Management
    • Monitor your projects
    • Self-administer your own tasks
  • Communication
    • Remain communicative and available with the team via slack, email, text, conference call, and smoke signals during reasonable business hours.
  • Internal Operations
    • Participate in regular team connect calls
  • Education
    • Attend in-person and virtual educational events
