Work Life
What is your role at CMO?
WHAT DOES AN AVERAGE WORK DAY LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?
Usually I begin the day with internal and external duties to be done. My priority is projects for the clients. Delivering quality work is the main priority.
What is your favorite thing about hubspot?
The way in which they treat customers and employees. Before I joined [a] HubSpot [agency], I imagine it was more human company. When I joined as a front end developer, I was sure of that.
C: Yeah, you know, it's funny you say that. Most people answer that question by talking about a tool in HubSpot, but I really like that answer because I think the HubSpot community is amazing that way. They're just very helpful and human. So I completely agree. That's a great answer.
N: I agree. It's a human-friendly company.
What’s the best thing about remote life?
Remote work is something I have been used to for awhile. What I think is a very good is the fact that you are in a place that you can adapt yourself the way you want and still make the most of your time. I think it's a better quality of life in my opinion.
What blogs, Podcasts, groups, etc. would you recommend our readers follow?
I recommend UX Collective and Sidebar. While for books, I recommend Hooked: How to Build Habit Forming Products.
Life Life
What do you do when you are not Hubspotting for our clients?
I usually use the time you have to do certifications and do internal works such as creating an article for the week. In my free time, I play some games.
WhAT IS YOUR MISSION IN LIFE?
This is a hard question but I think achieving professional and personal stability. And then leverage and feed future ideas. I love startups.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
Is a curious question. Today, I'm a positive person but come with baby steps. I make my way learning more and inspiring myself more.
WHAT ARE YOUR SECRET SUPERPOWERS?
I can meditate at the worst of times. I create journeys and possibilities of every problem and I make the best hot chocolate you have ever seen in your life.
C: Oh really? Awesome you'll have to share your recipe.
Where do you live and why do you love living there?
I live since I was born in Curitiba, Brazil. I believe that I like here for the people, for the awareness, for the climate -- like today. I love the cold. Of course, I have a family here and we are connected in one way or another.
