HubSpot Updates In April 2020
Ticket Automation For Service Hub Starter
Service Hub Starter now has two new ticket automation features.
- Ticket workflow builder: allows you to automate internal notification and ticket kickback emails, helping customer service teams to improve the customer experience. To do this, go to the 'Automation tab', click 'create workflow,' then choose the type of action you want.
- Change ticket status when receiving or sendng an email: this assists customer service teams to stay-on-top of their tickets and never miss one. To do this, go to Settings > Service > Tickets > Automation. Then choose what status the ticket should be changed to.
*Please note: this is only available to Service Hub Starter portals that were purchased after March 3, 2020.
Ratings & Review in the App Marketplace
This update gives you the ability to leave reviews and ratings in the App Marketplace.
These days... the market for many products is saturated, so what do you typically rely on when you need to make a decision about a purchase? Reviews!
People trust peer reviews over hearing what the business has to say.. because of course the business is going to say they are they best at what they do.
Reviews and ratings makes your experience with the App Marketplace top notch, as it lets you make more informed decisions before purchasing an app. In addition, the app creators will be able to see the reviews and continuously improve their products based on the feedback they recieve. Its a win-win for everyone!
*Please note, this update is now live and available to all HubSpot users and in all languages supported by HubSpot.
CMS Hub Professional & Enterprise
