HubSpot Onboarding Strategists are technical experts in the platform that can also consult on process strategy in all major hubs of the platform (sales, marketing, service).

As an expert guide for our new HubSpot clients, you will be on the front-lines of developing their projects and scoping the approaches and resources needed to complete projects well and on-time. Client interaction & project management a big part of the job!

You will both run our clients through their onboarding programs as well as seek to iteratively improve how we service this offering. Supporting team members will look to you for direction and guidance on the tasks needed to support our clients' onboarding projects.

What You'll Need

5-6 years of business consulting experience with a heavy focus on business process development
5-6 years of experience consulting directly with clients in HubSpot at a very technical level
3-4 years of experience helping new clients onboard into HubSpot
3-4 years of project management experience
3-4 years of client training experience

Expert level understanding of HubSpot and its many parts
Resourceful troubleshooter with a high technical skill
Highly disciplined/organized and able to segment your time and focus in order to hit deadlines
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Able to direct and train support team members to deploy on your strategies

Program Management
- Run clients that have recently purchased HubSpot through our hands on onboarding program
- Develop new strategies and methodologies to expand and improve the program
Technology
- Advise and strategize on the best deployments of new HubSpot systems at a technical level
- Troubleshoot issues
- Consult with and train clients on HubSpot usage
Strategy
- Devise the best strategic approach to achieve client onboarding, technical, and process goals within the HubSpot platform
- Consult with clients directly to build process that is technically viable in HubSpot
Client Management
- Leading client meetings
- Understanding and addressing client concerns quickly
Project Management
- Manage your client's projects in Teamwork PM system
- Manage client facing Trello dashboard
- Self-administer your own tasks

Communication
- Remain communicative and available with team and clients via Slack, email, text, conference call and smoke signals during reasonable business hours.
Internal Operations
- Participate in regular team connect calls
Internal Marketing & Sales
- Contribute to company marketing (blog, social, SEO...)
- Assist in the sales process when needed
Education
- Complete & Maintain ALL HubSpot Certifications within 6 months
- Attend in-person and virtual educational events
