Remotish Agency Support Specialists are obsessed with organization and operations, supporting the Client Services Manager in running the client servicing team.

You will be assisting with developing and improving processes for onboarding and servicing clients, team event scheduling, referral partnerships, client reviews, researching tools for the team, department reporting, and more.

This is a 100% remote position.

What You'll Need

  • 2-3 years experience in a technology marketing, sales, or service role. Ideal experience would include all three departments. As a revenue operations agency we need to be knowledgeable about how all of these teams work.
  • 1-2 years of project coordination or project management experience
  • 1-2 years actively using the HubSpot platform
  • 1-2 years of client management or interacting 1-on-1 with clients
  • 1-2 years training experience
  • 1 year budgeting experience, which could include budgeting hours for your own projects
  • 1 year process development
  • Resourceful troubleshooter with a high technical understanding of digital tools
  • Highly disciplined/organized and able to segment your time and focus in order to hit deadlines
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision

What You'll Do

  • Process Development
    • Developing and documenting processes and procedures with the CS Manager to help the team run more efficiently and keep clients happy
    • Identifying gaps in our documentation for clients and gaps in wikis to instruct the team and help with sales
  • Training and Resources
    • Onboarding new team members in all systems
    • Researching tools that would help the CS team
    • Researching classes/events/articles that would help the CS team
    • Assist with developing team trainings
  • Reporting
    • Create department-wide reports such as hours utilization and client spends
    • Organizing and tracking referral partnerships
  • Planning and Scheduling
    • Scheduling and budgeting for team travel and events
  • Project Management
    • Manage internal project tasks
    • Support on client projects as needed
    • Self-administer your own tasks
    • Assign and monitor work to contractors as needed
  • Internal Operations
    • Participate in regular team connect calls
  • Internal Marketing & Sales
    • Contribute to company marketing (blog, social, seo...)
    • Assist in the sales process when needed
  • Education
    • Complete & Maintain ALL HubSpot Certifications
    • Attend in-person and virtual educational events
